Some highlights of LeBron playing high school football.
Can you imagine being the QB who got to throw to a 6-8 LeBron James who probably runs a 4.5 40 yard dash?
LeBron was an All-State WR his junior season in Ohio, one of the nation’s top state’s for high school football, but decided not to play his senior year to concentrate on basketball and avoid injuries.
At that point he was pretty much the guaranteed to be the #1 pick in the NBA Draft, so it was worth the injury risk.
Unless LeBron was talking about the fear of injuring OTHER players? Can you imagine being a cornerback or safety and have to try and tackle LeBron?
